Standard delivery: 10–21 working days
Made-to-order kitchens: delivery times will be confirmed after order placement
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may change due to manufacturing or logistics delays.
3. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The total delivery charge will be clearly displayed at checkout or confirmed by our team before dispatch.
4. Delivery Method
Orders are delivered by trusted third-party logistics partners experienced in handling large and fragile items. Delivery is usually made to the ground floor at the delivery address unless otherwise agreed.
5. Delivery Appointments
For large kitchen orders, our delivery partner may contact you in advance to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.
6. Receiving Your Order
Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery. Any visible damage or missing items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We will inform you as soon as possible if there is any significant delay.
8. Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or failure to accept delivery, additional delivery charges may apply.
